Q, What is required for an onsite health screening?A. All equipments will be provided by us. You will just have to prepare a space where our team can conduct the health screening at. An open space or meeting rooms in your office will be suitable. Subject to the space of your venue and number of staff coming for the screening, each staff will take approximately 30 to 45 mins and the whole on-site health screening session can last from 1 to 3 hours on a weekday morning from 9am till 12pm
Q, What does the screening include?A. All our screening packages will cover tests for chronic disease such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Upgrade packages will be available for selection by participants.
Q, How long is a screening session?A. A screening session will typically take 3-4 hours and is done on a the weekday morning from 9am till 12pm. Each staff screening will take about average of 30 to 45 min. Our team will set-up at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the screening.
Q, What preparations are required for the participants?A. Book a time slot and make payment online. Fasting is required for at least 8 hours prior to the selected screening time slot.
Q, How will my employee know which screening package they should select?A. Educating and guiding your employees to select the right screening package to ensure they do not under or over-screen is one of our key visions and differentiating points. Prior to the screening day, we will provide your employees with a easy-to-use online self-assessment form for them to input their profile and medical history and the form algorithm will recommend them to which package they should select based on their profile. We also provide them educational videos (click here) and our staff will be ready to guide on the screening day if they have further queries. Q, What happens after one completes his health screening?A. Participants will receive their individualised screening report with lab test results within 2-3 working days after their screening. The company with at least 50 pax screen test will also receive a corporate report* that shows the overall health profile of their staff that attended the screening.
Q, What do participants do with their health screening results?A. For those with abnormal results, they will be advised to follow-up with a doctor. We offer a post screening tele-consultation for those who wish to follow-up with our doctors at a corporate rate.
